On Saturday 11th August the 2007 Eddystone Challenge is open to all rowable craft. 

Endurance row (not a race) from Plymouth Mount Batten Pier to the Eddystone lighthouse and return, which is 28 miles. 

Start 12.00 noon, briefing 11.00 am.  There is an alternative course within the Tamar Estuary and Plymouth Sound if the wind and sea state are unfavourable.
