MILLBROOK MULTIHULL FESTIVAL, starting Friday 15^th at 6pm

The programme for the festival itself has shaped up nicely and runs as follows:

Friday 15^th

6pm - LAUNCH of 55' cruising catamaran at the Multimarine yard - directions are on the Dazcat website at http://www.dazcat.co.uk/Contact_us.html

8pm - BBQ and live music from Hillside Heroes at Insworke Mill at the head of the lake - please bring something to stick on the fire

Saturday 16^th

7.30am - leaving for the start of EDDYSTONE CHARITY PURSUIT RACE and for those going cruising. For those of you racing, please don't be intimidated by the fact Multimarine boats placed 1st (Dazcat), 2nd (Dazcat) and 3rd in last weekend's MOCRA Nationals ... 

9am - race starts but start is staggered - definitive times will be published after 3pm on the 15th at http://www.eddystonepursuit.org/index.php?page=instructions (Skippers may wish to attend the safety briefing at RWYC at 6.30pm on Friday.)

2pm - meet for RAFT UP and onboard BBQ in Cawsand Bay - again please bring something to contribute

8pm - return on the tide. There will be MUSIC and a BAR open at the Football Club next door, which will again be hosting its annual biker weekend. Those of you who came last year will remember that they are an affable sort and good company
