The neap tides that suit anchoring in St Mawes Harbour are the weekend that goes into the Spring Bank Holiday on Monday 26th May 2014.

With the Monday being a Bank Holiday it should  assist the commercial charter pilot cutters to change their crews on the Monday allowing them to participate in the Prize Giving in St Mawes Sailing Club on the Sunday.

The 2014 Round the Island Race is not until 21st of June 2014 so there is no conflict of interest for Pilot Cutters wishing to attend both events. [Read more...]
