Gwithian Beach

Printer friendly page

This beach takes the brunt of northerly and southerly swell, the further you go up the beach the rougher the surf can get. With the picturesque surrounding area and fantastic bustling town this beach is great to take all the family. However in the summer rip tides aren't unlikely (ask lifeguards on duty about beach safety) so smallerand very inexerienced swimmers should perhaps enjoy the wonders of the rock pools and have a paddle.
