Ground Swell CIC is a social enterprise based in Newquay that works with young people 11 to 25 yrs of age using surfing as a common interest. We work with schools, colleges, youth projects, agencies, informal youth groups, individuals and the surfing industry. With a broad range of educational opportunities on offer we develop packages that meet the specific needs and interests of participants. In addition to beginner surf sessions through to elite coaching we offer a range of surf related training & qualifications that will break down barriers to employment for young people in the surf and tourism industries.
